At LZRUS, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Below are our shipping terms to help you know what to expect when shopping with us.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship Pan-India, covering most cities and towns through trusted logistics partners:

Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart (via Shipmozo)
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving payment.
- Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next working day.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary based on your location:

Please note: During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), delivery may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 shipping charge
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
We recommend prepaid orders to avoid extra charges and enjoy priority processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A confirmation email or SMS with the tracking link
- Live tracking updates from our shipping partner
You can also track your order by contacting us with your order ID.
6. Shipping Delays or Issues
We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational delays from courier companies
- Incorrect or incomplete address
In such cases, we will keep you updated and work closely with our courier partners to resolve any issues.
7. Address Guidelines
Please ensure that:
- Your delivery address and pin code are accurate and complete
- A valid phone number is provided for coordination
Orders with Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery failure or delays
8. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable during delivery
- Rejected at doorstep
We will attempt re-delivery. If still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer may request re-shipping by paying the applicable re-shipping fee. LZRUS does not offer refunds. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for exchange eligibility.
