1. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD). Prepaid orders get free shipping and are processed faster.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us at lzrusofficial@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
Is COD available for all orders?
Yes, COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. Please note that COD orders include an extra shipping fee.
Why is there a ₹149 order confirmation fee?
To ensure genuine orders and smooth deliveries, LZRUS verifies each order via WhatsApp or call.
In some cases, a small ₹149 confirmation fee may be required to secure your order.
This amount is fully redeemable or adjusted with your final payment — helping us reduce fake orders and deliver faster.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, prepaid orders qualify for free standard shipping. COD orders have an additional charge.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines:
- 2–4 days
- 4–7 days
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also contact us if you don’t receive it.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect from our side.
Can I exchange my product for another size?
Yes, we allow size exchanges in case the wrong size was ordered. A flat exchange fee of ₹200 applies. Please email us within 2 days of delivery.
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Email us at lzrusofficial@gmail.com with your order ID and clear photos. We’ll help resolve it quickly — your trust matters to us.
4. Product & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a detailed size chart. Please refer to it before placing your order. Still confused? DM us on Instagram or drop an email.
Are your fits oversized?
Yes! Most of our hoodies, jackets, and tees have oversized or relaxed fits, true to modern streetwear style. Sizing info is always mentioned on the product page.
Are these unisex products?
100%. All our pieces are gender-neutral and made for anyone who vibes with bold street fashion.
